Clos Santini

Clos Santini
This area is located at the foot of Cap Corse, in the Gulf of Saint-Florent.
Its vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean environment between sea and mountains.

An exceptional terroir allowing the elaboration of great wines.
Our parcels of vines in hillsides are all located in the area of "Appellation Patrimonio Contrôlée" a terroir of limestone veneers, mixed with clays, schists and silicas.

A family farm, since 1850, is a marriage between families Dominici and Santini allows the expansion of the cultivated area. Then in 1970, a new union between two great winemaking families, is the union of Andrée Montemagni (daughter of the iconic winemaker Louis Montemagni) with Antoine Santini, parents of Franck.

Family techniques that come from his grandfather, his passion for the vine, are guidelines that allow Frank to offer the wine of Clos Santini in various international fairs.

A well defined calendar, allows the best expression of its soil: the vineyards of Clos Santini are carefully maintained throughout the year.
Anxious to develop a viticulture respectful of the environment, since 2008 Frank has been involved in a certification process in organic farming.
In their cellar, located at the exit of the village of Patrimonio, on the road of Saint-Florent, a tasting of all the production of the closed is possible: a tasting, in elegant place, with a breathtaking view on the vineyards of the Appellation Patrimonio.
