Clos Serge Dominici
Domain created in 1900 by his great grand -Father, vineyards of Clos Dominici extend over 8 hectares.
The vineyard is grown only in local Niellucciu grapes (for red and rosé wines), Vermentinu (for white wines) and Muscat Petit Grain.
Serges Dominici works the vineyard with passion. He cultivates, plows, loosens, pruning his domain as his ancestors did.
Each bunch is picked by hand.
Starting from this passion that comes from his father and his grandfather, Serge Dominici controls his winemaking very closely which earned him the label of organic farming.
Its production is around 20,000 bottles a year.
In their cellar of Patrimonio, accompanied by Mrs. Dominici's zucchini donuts, the tastings of the treasures of this estate combine richness and generosity.
