Domaine Stéphanie Olmeta

History :

In 2004, Stéphanie Olmeta, child of Patrimonio, under the guidance of her father, decides to take back the lands planted in vineyards of her grandparents. Vineyard of 8 hectares, cultivated in organic farming, is located in the municipality of Patrimonio.

"Organic is a real choice ... No pesticides touch our vineyards, and no yeast is part of the composition of our wines. The vines are worked in a traditional way and the harvest is done by hand. 2Payed by her husband, Stephanie restructured the vine plants of Vermentinu, Niellucciu and Muscat Petits Grains.

They built a breeding cellar, a cellar. Self-taught, Stéphanie leads and manages her vineyard successfully. His first harvest is like a lot of energy, freshness and a beautiful personality. His know-how and talent are the keys to his success. In her pretty shop, located in the village of Patrimonio, Stephanie will make you discover her cuvées.
