Regular windings - Mutage with wine alcohol - Semi-oxidative aging - Blend of wines of different vintages (up to 10 years).
TASTING NOTES: Its aromas of fruit, leather, cocoa, mocha and some spicy notes make it an excellent dessert wine (chocolate) but also enjoyable as an aperitif.
All this complexity results from aging in oak barrels and an assemblage of different vintages including wines over 10 years old.
