Rosé wines from the AOC of Patrimonio

The rosé wine of Patrimonio is produced in different municipalities of the Nebbiu region: St. Florent, Oletta, Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda, Poggio d'Oletta, Farinole, Barbaggio.
This rosé wine is produced from a main grape variety Niellucciu but can also be worked with other complementary grape varieties.
A rosé wine, full of freshness, with an aroma of flowers that has a raspberry color. This wine is quite marrying with Mediterranean cuisine, a barbecue or a cold buffet.
It is best to taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C.
The rosé wine of Patrimonio holds the French label AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) but also the European label AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée).
